Refund & Return Policy
1. NO REFUND POLICY Importa operates a strict no-refund policy. Once payment is made, no refunds will be issued.
2. PRODUCT EXCHANGE POLICY Customers may request a product exchange under the following conditions:
Received the wrong product due to Importa’s error.
Product was damaged during Importa’s handling or supplier shipment.
Exchange Conditions
Request must be made within [3 days] of receiving the item.
Proof of damage (photos/videos) must be submitted.
Product must be unused and in original packaging.
3. NON-EXCHANGEABLE PRODUCTS The following situations do not qualify for exchange:
Customer-damaged products.
Minor variations in product design or colour.
Change of mind after purchase.

Provide order details and proof of damage.
If approved, return instructions will be provided.
Once received, an exchange will be processed subject to availability.
